What is Certified Organic Beef?

Certified Organic Beef comes from cows that eat 100% organic food that has not been sprayed with cancer causing pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, or chemical fertilizers. The animal’s feed must not contain genetically modified organisms or animal by-products. The parents of organic cows must also be organic. No antibiotics, growth hormones or implants are permitted. Organic animals are allowed to roam and are treated humanely. That alone is a great reason for people to buy organic. Finally, certified organic farms are regularly inspected by a certifying body.
Organic Big Burger buys Certified Organic Beef from Beretta Farms located just north of the city. These cows eat grass and are allowed to roam. Our Chicken, Lamb, Berkshire Pork & Black Angus Steak contain no Hormones, Steroids or Antibiotics, and are not fed animal meal or byproducts. Our chuck Burgers took a year to perfect. They contain nothing but pure juicy certified organic beef.

Organic Big Burger

My wife and I have become increasingly fed up with the lack of fast food options for our family. Almost everything is mass produced, previously frozen, full of processed salt, high in processed sugar, or crammed with filler and chemicals. Obesity rates have exploded. Many children will develop early onsetdiabetes. Organic Big Burger will become the change we seek. We now have a place to feed our kids and so do you.

We serve Crispy French Fries and Homemade Style Sweet potato which we cook in heart healthy rice bran oil and sprinkle with sea salt. Our fries come in Thick or Skinny Cuts. Our Sweet Potato Fries are carefully crafted and pair beautifully with our own chipotle sauce. Be sure to try our roasted red pepper ketchup made with whole red peppers. We are proud to say we now have fresh organic salads that we can offer in a place of fries at no charge. Choose from beautiful organic spring mix or organic coleslaw.

Our menu also offers wild caught bison burgers, Smokey lamb burgers, wild boar, traditionally raised Chicken breast/ Turkey/Berkshire Pork/Black Angus Steak all on a bun, a veggie burger, and many other items including traditionally raised Jumbo Chicken Wings fresh from the farm. Our smoothies and milkshakes will always be made with organic milk and organic ice cream. To complete the meal we have organic pop by Santa Cruz. If you have not tried them you are missing out. The sugar used in these drinks is organic evaporated cane juice which we feel is worlds better than processed sugar. Your kids will love these drinks. In terms of cleanliness we will try to never touch your burger, bun or condiments with our bare hands. We will use tongs or gloves in addition to regular handwashing.

We now serve amazing Mapleton’s soft serve ice cream. Try our twister made with organic cookies/organic candies mixed with Mapleton’s soft serve. Delicious! Or try a Dipped Cone. We also have hard organic ice cream and organic frozen yogurt in different flavours by the scoop.

Our Organic Line of Products may be a little more expensive because it costs more to raise animals naturally. Our mission will always be to keep prices down as much as possible in order to provide organic fast food at a price that everyone can afford. Remember, each time you order organic you are making a difference. If we all did this there would only be organic farms again. We CAN make a difference.
